We recently bought a Beethefirst+ and while when using the a PLA white filament (A102) everything went fine, we don’t manage to print the same piece using the PLA yellow filament (A104). Everytime, after rougly 30 min the extruder is clogged. We have the same problem when testing with the PETG filament. Do you have any idea where the problem may come from?
Any help will be apprecited.
I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.
regards I think that this problem of your filamento 3d is due to the dissipation zone, since it is very important in the extruder, in it the heat of the filament that comes from the heating zone is dissipated. If the heat does not dissipate adequately in this area, the filament will clog too much and impede its correct progress along the extruder dissipation zone (due to expansion and loss of consistency). what would end up generating a plastic ball that would cause a jam inside the extruder
